These terms govern your use of the Noted Atlassian Forge app ("the app"), provided by Worqflow ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them, together with the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the applicable end-user agreement shown on the app's Marketplace listing.
Noted lets users request that specific people read and acknowledge a Jira issue, and records those acknowledgements with a timestamped audit trail, entirely within your Atlassian environment.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with your organisation's policies and your agreement with Atlassian. You are responsible for the content you enter into acknowledgement requests.
The app runs on Atlassian's Forge platform; its availability depends on Atlassian's infrastructure. We aim to keep the app working and supported but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Acknowledgement records are a convenience for coordination and record-keeping; you are responsible for determining whether they meet any legal or compliance requirement you rely on.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms or the app; material changes will be reflected on the Marketplace listing. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
