Noted lets you request that specific people read and acknowledge a Jira issue — and keeps a timestamped audit trail of who did.
On any Jira issue, ask the right people to acknowledge it, with an optional note explaining what to confirm.
Requested users press a wax seal to acknowledge — captured with their name and a timestamp.
Live status per issue and across a project: acknowledged, with dates, or still pending.
Every request and acknowledgement is written to an immutable, timestamped log.
Install Noted from the Atlassian Marketplace. On any Jira issue, open the Acknowledgements panel (via the issue's Apps menu), choose who needs to acknowledge, and send. Recipients see a seal to press; you and they can see who has and hasn't acknowledged. A project-level Acknowledgements page summarises every request.
Noted runs entirely on Atlassian Forge inside your own Jira. It makes no network calls to any third party and is certified under Atlassian's Runs on Atlassian program (zero egress). See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
